It’s official! Distilleries, tasting rooms and historic institutes are reopening along the Whiskey Rebellion Trail. We’re so excited to be welcoming visitors back in to taste their favorite spirits, sample new cocktails and keep a distant but fun space between their groups. Lots of new safety procedures have been implemented in order to make sure customers can hang out in peace at their favorite spots. Read more below and find a location near you that’s open for business. 

The Order: Greater Philadelphia

  • 1675 Spirits 

Food, drinks and live music combine for a weekend of the great and socially distant outdoors! New hours include Friday 3-10 p.m., Saturday 12-10 p.m. and Sunday – 12-5 p.m. Come check it out for yourself at 4668 Bristol Road, Feasterville-Trevose, 19053 and stay tuned for more here

  • Bluebird Distilling 

Stop by and say hello to the Van Pop Up in the parking lot. Bluebird will be serving up your favorite cocktails, bottles and flasks, which you can carry with you anywhere on 100 or 200 block Thursday – Monday morning. Holy Ghost Church across from Bluebird will be hosting convenient parking all weekend for a small donation. Updates here

  • Brandywine Branch Distillers 

Tons of space awaits you plus cocktail service! (Didn’t you miss drinks being served to you?!) Plus, live music happens most Saturdays. Check out updates here.

  • Eight Oaks Craft Distillers

Eight Oaks is reopening outdoor seating on Saturday, June 20th by reservation only. Reserve by phone at 484-202-0852 and check in for more updates here

  • Hewn Spirits 

The Pipersville location is up and running! Food trucks, live music and hand sanitizer await you. Peddlers Village is still only open for bottle sales. More information here

  • Triple Sun Spirits Co. – Newtown 

Limited outdoor seating is available on the weekends. Find out more as updates are posted here.

  • Washington Crossing History Park 

The public can access trails, roads and parking areas for dispersed recreation. Public restrooms are open in two locations (diagonal from Visitors Center and Thompson-Neely Farmstead). Masks are required and guided tours are not being offered yet. Up to date information is provided here

The March: Central Pennsylvania

  • Stoll & Wolfe Distillery and Tasting Room 

Cocktails, slushies and local craft beer are all available on the patio at Stoll & Wolfe Thursday- Saturday 2-9 p.m. See you there! More up to date information is available here

The Rebellion: Greater Pittsburgh Region

  • Senator John Heinz History Center 

The center is scheduled to reopen on July 1. The center is planning to employ advanced ticketing, timed-entry and new procedures to ensure health and safety. 

  • Golden Eagle Inn 

Come in and grub down! Seating is available in the whiskey bar, the pub and outside on the porch. Masks should be worn until diners reach their tables. Hours and more available here

  • Kingfly Spirits 

Indoor and outdoor seating is available, so come on in! New hours are Friday 5-11pm, Saturday 5-11pm and Sunday 12-6pm. For most up to date information, click here.

  • Maggie’s Farm Rum 

The tasting room is currently targeting an opening date of Friday, June 26th with limited occupancy. Check back in for updates here

  • Oliver Miller Homestead 

Precautions are in place so visitors can be welcomed. Check out the policies and most recent updates here.

  • Quantum Spirits 

Open with safe distances in place for both the inside tasting room and the patio. Bonus: live music!  For the most up to date information click here

  • Ridge Runner Distillery 

Tastings and on-premises cocktails began on June 5th. Try the new Pickles/Cherries/Mango moonshine or just get a taste of the old fashioned Apple Pie Moonshine. More info here

  • Tall Pines Distillery MO 

The Shine Farm is open and the great outdoors is calling your name! Bring your camping chairs and check back here for any updates. 

  • West Overton Museums

Opening for the season starting June 18th. Stop in and see the museum Thursday – Monday, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.! Tours begin at 11, 12, 1, and 2 and are limited to 8 people. 


The Finale: Washington, DC and Baltimore

  • George Washington’s Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon is reopening to members on June 20th and to the public on June 21st! Reopening will feature a primarily outdoor experience. The Mansion interior will remain closed but guests are encouraged to take advantage of the 160-acre estate. More information here.

  • McClintock Distilling 

The distillery is reopening on June 18th to serve guests indoors noon to 6pm from Thursday to Sunday. Offerings will be limited to seated flights only, but socially distanced tables are available around the distillery. Make your reservation before you come by! Click here to learn more.

The patio is open for seating and indoor seating starts on June 17th, but masks are required so don’t forget yours! Check in here for the most up to date information.
