Irish Cream Coffee

Ingredients:

Directions: Measure and stir together brown sugar and hot coffee THEN add whiskey.

Glass: Warmed mug (fill mug with hot water and let stand for 2 minutes, then dump out water).

Garnish: with an electric mixer or by hand, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Top your beverage with the whipped cream and plenty of chocolate shavings or syrup!

Pot of Gold Shots

Ingredients:

 

Directions: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add Jell-O mix and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and stir in a cup more of water and the whiskey. Place 16 plastic shot glasses on a baking sheet and pour in mixture until each is two-thirds full. Refrigerate until set, about two hours.

Garnish: Top each with a dollop of Cool Whip and gold sprinkles. Place a rainbow candy belt on top, forming it into a semicircle like a rainbow.

    • 1 oz. Guinness Reduction simple syrup
    • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 1.5 oz. honey simple syrup
    • 3 oz. Stoll and Wolfe Whiskey
    • 4 mint leaves

Directions: Shake the above ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a long-stem cocktail glass and garnish.

Glass: This is a slow-sipping cocktail, serve in a tall martini or long-stemmed glass.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 bunch fresh mint, stems removed plus more for garnish
  • 2 pkg. Kool-Aid Lemon-Lime Flavor Unsweetened Drink Mix
  • 2 qt. pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 bottle carbonated lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 bottle Maggie’s Farm White Rum
  • 2 lemon, sliced
  • 3 lime, sliced

Directions: Muddle mint with Kool-Aid in punch bowl or

pitcher. Add pineapple juice; stir until mix is dissolved. Stir in soda, rum and fruit just before serving over ice.

Garnish: Slices of citrus fruits and a sprig of mint
