Celebrate spring when you plant and take home a rustic succulent box. You’ll get to enjoy hands on instruction and tips on how to care for your succulents as you plant them into a beautiful piece for your mantle or window, all while enjoying some of your favorite spirits.

Stoll & Wolfe Distillery Tour and Tasting

With over 250 years of local whiskey making traditions, this is a tour that is sure to keep you on your toes! Learn more about local history and discover why the National Register of Historic Places cites Lancaster County as the Birthplace of the American Whiskey Industry. Lastly, hear about Dick Stoll’s role in preserving whiskey history (a cause near and dear to our hearts). 

Cocktail Showdown at Sagamore Spirit

Local mixologists have created cocktails that showcase what Maryland means to them. It’s time the people voted on their favorites! Check out the website to cast your vote, and then mark your calendar for a fun day at the distillery where six finalists will compete for glory. 

Pickle Party & Ginger Beer Bash at McClintock Distilling

After eight years of being in business, McClintock Distilling is hosting a shindig complete with food, cocktails, mocktails, swag and more. All that sounds great, of course, but the real reason you should come is this: free pickles! 

Cocktails 101 with Canyon at Philadelphia Distilling

Tickets – $82.50 

Learn how to make a Negroni, Bee’s Knees and a Clover Club from a master mixologist. You’ll also get a chance to hear about the distillery’s emphasis on bold, local and fresh flavors. No experience required for this class, but good taste in booze is preferred!

Washington Crossing Spring Brewfest hosted by Washington Crossing Historic Park
Saturday, May 2

Tickets – $45.00 

Sample over 130 local beers at an event sure to sell out due to popularity. With over 60 brewers representing breweries from all over the United States, there will be plenty of flavors to taste. The best part? All proceeds go to historical and educational programs at the park. 

2020 Free Museum Day in Washington County with the Bradford House Museum

10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Mark this day on your calendar as a day for learning and enjoying Washington County. The Bradford Museum is a National Historic Landmark located along the Whiskey Rebellion Trail where you can experience the 18th century and the history associated with the rebellion that almost wiped out whiskey in the Mid-Atlantic.
