Five Saints Distilling White Whiskey – $34.99

Crafted from a mash bill of 75% Pennsylvania yellow #2 corn, some of which is grown locally in the Norristown Farm Park, and 25% rye. This premium small batch crafted white whisky is bold and spicy, yet smooth due to a partial distillation similar to that of Vodka. The result is a white whiskey with tequila-like notes blended with traditional whiskey flavors that tastes great straight or mixed in a cocktail.

Quantum Spirits’ Copper Edition Rye Whiskey – $35.00

Characteristic rye spice balanced by mellow notes of caramel, honeycomb, and citrus with light floral background notes.

Sagamore Spirits’ Signature Rye Whiskey – $41.79

Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey is a blend of two straight rye mash bills, aged 4 to 6 years in high-char American oak barrels. The first is a high-rye, which adds notes of cinnamon and clove, and the second, a low-rye, contributes notes of caramel, honey, and citrus peel. The final spirit is proofed with limestone-filtered water from our spring house built in 1909 and represents our team’s thoughtful approach to crafting a classic Maryland-style rye whiskey.

One Eight Distilling’s District Made Straight Bourbon Whiskey – $50.00

District Made Straight Bourbon Whiskey showcases Hickory King Corn, grown in the hollows of Virginia since the 1880s. To create their signature style, they distill this heirloom grain in two different mashbills, one wheated and one high-rye, age them individually, then marry a few barrels together. The result is a drier, richly textured four-grain spirit.
