Ingredients:
- 16 oz. hot water
- 2 tsp. light brown sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 2 oz. of Sagamore Spirit’s Port Finish Whiskey
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream (for topping)
- chocolate shavings for garnish
Directions: Measure and stir together brown sugar and hot coffee THEN add whiskey.
Glass: Warmed mug (fill mug with hot water and let stand for 2 minutes, then dump out water).
Garnish: with an electric mixer or by hand, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Top your beverage with the whipped cream and plenty of chocolate shavings or syrup!
Ingredients:
- 1 (3.4-oz) package lemon or pineapple Jell-O
- 1/2 cup Old Line’s American Single Malt Whiskey
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- Gold sprinkles
- 6 rainbow candy belts, cut into 2-inch pieces
Directions: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add Jell-O mix and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and stir in a cup more of water and the whiskey. Place 16 plastic shot glasses on a baking sheet and pour in mixture until each is two-thirds full. Refrigerate until set, about two hours.
Garnish: Top each with a dollop of Cool Whip and gold sprinkles. Place a rainbow candy belt on top, forming it into a semicircle like a rainbow.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz. One Eight Distilling’s Untitled Whiskey No. 9
- 3/4 oz. Irish Cream liquer
- 6 oz. Irish Stout beer
Directions: Fill a shot glass with half whiskey, half Irish cream. Drop the shot into a glass of Irish Stout beer – rules are to drink all at once!

- 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1.5 oz. honey simple syrup
- 3 oz. Stoll and Wolfe Whiskey
- 4 mint leaves
Directions: Shake the above ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a long-stem cocktail glass and garnish.
Glass: This is a slow-sipping cocktail, serve in a tall martini or long-stemmed glass.
Garnish: Fresh mint
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch fresh mint, stems removed plus more for garnish
- 2 pkg. Kool-Aid Lemon-Lime Flavor Unsweetened Drink Mix
- 2 qt. pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 bottle carbonated lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 bottle Maggie’s Farm White Rum
- 2 lemon, sliced
- 3 lime, sliced
Directions: Muddle mint with Kool-Aid in punch bowl or
pitcher. Add pineapple juice; stir until mix is dissolved. Stir in soda, rum and fruit just before serving over ice.
Garnish: Slices of citrus fruits and a sprig of mint
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Republic Restorative’s Madam Whiskey
- 4-5 oz. Ginger Beer
- limes
- edible gold leaf
Directions: Tear edible gold leaf into small pieces in freeze into ice cubes with water. Pour whiskey and ginger beer over ice in a rocks glass. Add freshly squeezed lime.
Garnish: lime wedge
