Ingredients:
- 6 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 6 fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 2 ounces* white rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 4 ounces soda water
- Ice, for serving (try clear ice)
Directions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, then add the raspberries and muddle again.
2. Add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold.
3. Place ice into a glass, and strain in the liquid. Top off the glass with soda water. Garnish with additional mint leaves and raspberries.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) Aperol, chilled
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) soda water
- Ice (try clear ice!)
Directions:
1. Add the Aperol to a glass filled with ice and stir. Top with sparkling wine and soda water.
2. Squeeze in the orange wedge and stir gently, then serve. Serve with a straw to minimize dilution!
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz plain vodka
- 2 oz peach schnapps
- 2 oz cold lemonade
- 2 oz cold orange juice
- 2 oz cold cranberry juice
- ice cubes
Directions:
- Add ice to your favorite glass
- Pour in the vodka and lemonade. Stir
- Add in the orange juice and cranberry juice
- Top with peach schnapps. Stir again if desired.
Ingredients:

- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, about one lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup good quality vodka
- 1 cup seltzer water
- Ice
- Lime and mint sprigs for garnish
Directions:
- Place blueberries, mint, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Add ice, vodka, and honey.
- Shake vigorously to blend.
- Strain into a mason jar or old-fashioned glass.
- Top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
Bourbon Lemon Rosemary Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (1 cup) bourbon
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Ice cubes, for shaking and serving
- 4 small rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Add bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup to large cocktail shaker. Top shaker with ice; cover and shake well.
- Fill 4 double old fashioned glasses with ice; divide bourbon mixture between glasses. Serve cocktails garnished with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
Ingredients:
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- ¾ ounce honey syrup
- 2 ounces bourbon
Directions:
- Add the lemon juice, honey syrup, and bourbon to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
